Though the updates are subtle, the third-generation iPod Touch leaves its competitors in the dust.

One thing I believe that the iPod Touch is lacking is the video camera as even the iPod Nano has it now. But many believe it may not ever get the feature as it would make it too difficult to distinguish between the iPod Touch and the iPhone but I guess we will see it in the next generation of iPod Touch.
