Ive used tea bags to lessen my eye bags before ..I stopped since I am too busy with something that I really don't have the time to do it..can you suggest what should I do instead?

Ive been told to put a spoon in the freezer long enough to cool and then put in bags for use or preparation h. Not sure about the reasons why these Tho would work.
