I also try to be as specific as I can get because you are guaranteed to find many more results that way versus using synonyms. Of course, your results also depend on how the web pages are tagged. So, I would suggest using keywords that represent exactly what you're looking for as the other poster mentioned.

Yea, I usually try to be very specific but not too specific. In other words you must be as specific or possible but the keywords must only be a few words long otherwise you end up with very few results if any at all. So if you can find 3 or 4 words that are very specific to what you are looking for you should be able to find your answer within the first couple of entries.

Could it be that the algorithm has changed and is treating one of the words (a very common name) in the two sentences and frequently used word in the text (filled) with the "two key words" in the search in quotes does not account for individual words when they separate?
It's hard not to use this word because it has no real synonyms and describes the product exactly.
