Here are some tips that i would like to share with you guys in web designing..although Its not advisable to stick to it religiously..at least just guidelines for you to follow or just a mere base..and as follows:

1. consistency
2.conciseness
3.Easy navigation
4.update your site often
5. consider download times

and many more..just enumerating some of which I think is important..do you have any tips in mind to add on this?
