I lost hope and found solace In the mediocrity level I was in.

I crave to be among the smart ones but I just wasn’t good enough, until I realize that being smart is just a name given to the extra-ordinary students who have the right mindset towards academic success.

1. DESIRE

No smart student became smart without first desiring to be smart, desire is just like gasoline in an automobile it is the driving force to success.

Visualize yourself being called out to receive an award for being extraordinary with resounding applause from friends, family and well-wishers then savor the joy it brings and pursues success with that feeling.

2. BE DETERMINED

Like a friend of mine once told me that the reason she didn’t give up on her job when things were hard was that she was determined to succeed and now she’s earning even more than her hands can count.

So Determination is the golden key, you must be ready to go through anything “come rain come sun” to get to the finishing point.

Cultivate the habit of believing that you are indeed one of the smartest in school.

4. ATTEND CLASSES AND PAY ATTENTION

Most student finds it easy to attend classes but difficult to pay attention in class but most people don’t know that studying/academic excellence begins from paying attention.
