Huawei Trade ban lifted after G20 Summit

Eventually, It seems the Huawei troubles are finally over As the Trump administration suggest that there could be a way out of their woes, the Trump administration is contemplating on lifting ban placed on Huawei.

Meaning that more than 110 United State corporations that have cut connections and trade with the company including the tech giants Google will again be back to business with Huawei.

If you are the type that keeps tabs on latest tech news across the globe, you would have heard of the owes Huawei had to face after the Trump administration placed a ban the previous month on the Chinese company on matters of National security related to both countries.

The US president, Donald Trump anticipated that US companies transacting business with Huawei could cause a threat to US national security.

This single decision by the Trump administration has dealt a big blow on The Chinese Giant, who has already suffered a mountains hip of loss due to the trade ban which cut away the company’s ability to sell and purchase products from and in the United States.

In the fight, not only Huawei made loses, even the US corporations made a loss, at some point, Google nearly went back on their decision. Other USA companies suffered because of the ban, since they couldn’t trade with Huawei which is the second largest smartphone manufacturer in the world after Samsung.

Many of these US corporations after the ban have been exploring loopholes in the US laws to make it possible to cut down on their losses. One of those instances was when FedEx decided to sue the US government on the trade ban.

After all, the US government is reconsidering lifting the ban following the G20 summit in Osaka Japan. The US president, Trump has had talks with the Chinese president Xi Jinping on the heated up trade wars and concluded on the matter.

Finally! Huawei trade Ban is lifted

Regarding the agreement made by the two presidents of the world’s largest economies, Trump administration has reversed the ban on Huawei which may mean that US companies in their hundreds like Google, Qualcomm, etc. May finally be able to do business with the Chinese corporations.

“These are American companies producing products. This is complex … highly scientific. We are the only one with the technology. I have agreed to allow them to continue selling the products I like our companies selling things to others … very complex things.

These are not things easy to make … our companies were very upset, but we are allowing them. So if it is not a national security issue, we are allowing them to sell,” Donald Trump stated in a statement he made to the media.

While the trade agreement has not yet taken place, it will shortly happen. Which means at the moment, the ban still stands on Huawei.
