Sunday Bankole popularly known as Lagos is a fast-rising Yoruba actor and Entrepreneur. He has been dishing out best of his acts in movies scenes in Nollywood since 2012.
He is the Founder and CEO of 100% Bar And Lounge Elegusi beach Lagos. Sunday is from Omu Aran in Kwara State, South Western part of Nigeria. He moved to Lagos in 2004 to start a new life, after 12 months, he decided to start his own bar business which later becomes successful after much diligence.
He is the only child of the family. His parents both came from separate marriages and they both have children from their previous marriages, which means Sunday has some step-siblings, 4 step sisters precisely.
Sunday had his primary education in his hometown, he attended St Paul Primary School and further proceeded to Government Secondary School Omu-Aran for his Secondary education. He proceeded to Offa Polytechnic where he studied accountancy.
He decided to follow up on his longterm passion for acting, he was inspired into acting watching famous Yoruba actors like Yinka Quadri since his childhood. He was mentored by Hassan Omogoriola’s Caucus and in the year 2012, he joined the biggest Entertainment industry in Africa.
He took the bull by the horn when he released his debut film production he titled ELEGUSI SPENDER in 2015, a film directed by Ibrahim Yekini.
He has since produced other movies such has Esuru, Eje kan, Itan Mi, Oloko, Yan (Choose), Banuso, and lots more. One of his latest projects is Asan (VANITY)a movie project directed by Afeez Owo and under the management of Afeez Eniola.
He disclosed that he doesn’t make that lot of money from acting and that he only does it for his passion, he said he makes the money to manage his family and live the life he wants from running in Lounge business.
